Looking to add beauty and greenery to your garden or landscape? Twilight Gardens’ Specialist Tree Planting Service is here to help! We’ve partnered with a dedicated team of planting specialists to ensure your trees are planted with the expert care they need to thrive for years to come. With a passion for trees and years of experience, our friendly team of arborists and horticulturists will make sure every tree gets the best start possible.
Our Specialist Planting Service Includes:
- Delivery of your trees purchased from us
- Professional tree planting session
- Premium staking kits
- Nutrient-rich compost
- Soaker hose for efficient watering
- High-quality fertiliser for optimal growth
We handle everything from preparing the soil and planting each tree with precision to providing the right support, mulching, and tips on aftercare to help your new trees establish strong roots. Whether you want pleached or mature trees for instant impact or a more structured look, we’ve got you covered!
To give each tree the attention it deserves, our planting specialists plant up to 14 trees a day. If your project involves more than 14 trees, no worries—an additional day or two may be needed to make sure every tree is planted perfectly.
Our tree planting service can be added to most tree orders. After your purchase, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable date for planting that works best for you. Please note that lead times for scheduling can be up to 6 weeks, so plan ahead to secure your desired date.
We cover most of the UK, but please be aware that remote areas may be challenging or even impossible for us to reach. Additionally, there may be an extra charge for delivering this service, particularly for areas in Scotland, the far reaches of northern and southern England, and the westernmost corners of Wales. We’ll always discuss any potential additional costs upfront to ensure there are no surprises.

Delivery Information
Order confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your order can be fulfilled. When we are informed that an order can be fulfilled, or you inform us that you are willing to wait and/or place an order on back order, we process the charges.
Estimated Delivery dates
This date is an approximation and whilst we do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you when promised, sometimes things happen that are outside of our control which may cause the delivery date to change.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we aim to despatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page unless agreed otherwise. The warehouse or supplier will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It is not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.
There may be additional charges if we have to re-arrange a delivery date after we have confirmed a delivery date with yourself and the courier.
Where does Twilight Gardens deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the UK (United Kingdom)
Please be advised that, due to the associated expenses, we are only able to provide shipping services to mainland United Kingdom. However, If you prefer to arrange your own shipping through a carrier that can deliver to your desired end location, we welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you. For customers based in the Isle of Wight, we have had positive experiences with Hampshire Freight. However, please note that our responsibility for the shipment concludes once it reaches the carrier at our end location.
There may be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

Access
It is imperative that we are made aware of any locations that may present challenges for large vehicles to access. Should such access difficulties exist, kindly inform us prior to placing your order and we will respond accordingly. Failure to provide this information may result in additional charges for which CLASSAQUA LIMITED will not be held liable.
